Help Us Highlight Your Political Action

Planning an event or political action that aligns with Democratic values? Let us help you promote your event! We can highlight your action in our newsletters, on social media, and of course through word of mouth, reaching thousands.

As you attend rallies, community protests, and other events, we appreciate when you send us photos and videos that we can share on social media and in our newsletter –– with the goal of celebrating your action, and inspiring others to join in. Send any content or images to info@athensdems.org.

Join a Caucus

The Democratic Party is a big tent! As such, the Ohio Democratic Party (ODP) hosts a number of volunteer-run constituency organizations that represent the diversity of Ohio. These statewide groups help advocate on important issues and organize voters. Some also have local chapters and affiliates.

Newly Forming Caucus, the Ohio Progressive Democrats: While not yet formally an ODP caucus (and so not on the above list), a new group is forming with that intent, called the Ohio Progressive Democrats (OPD).
